We are a nationwide leader in the ATM/CC Processing industry that is growing rapidly! Our office is located in Keego Harbor. We have a fun fast paced but laid back office environment.
We are looking to fill an important role in our office as an Administrative Sales Assistant. This position will provide a high level of support to the leadership team of our credit card processing. Must possess an energetic, positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting with answering a high volume of incoming phone calls
Data entry of new accounts & account maintenance
Emails using Outlook
Shipping & Receiving
Assisting with customer service & tech support
New sales calls
MUST possess the following Qualifications:
High level proficiency with MS Office & Outlook
Executive administrative experience in a fast paced office
High school diploma or GED equivalent (Degree preferred but not required)
Diligent and focused on work while effectively managing changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve with customers in a professional manner
Reliable transportation
This position is Full Time Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
$13+/hr to start dependent on experience and qualifications
