Position—Recruiter

 

POSITON SUMMARY

This position is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. As a Recruiter at PCS Mobile Solutions, you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to recruit qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization.

The successful candidate will be detail orientated, organized and have the ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.  She/he should also be an innovative individual with ideas that can help to improve the department and the organization.

 QUALIFICATIONS

·        High School Diploma or equivalent

·        Minimum 2 Years of experience in recruiting. Wireless Retail a plus!

·        Proven working experience in recruiting

·        Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases

·        Strong knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)

·        Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in Windows environment

·        Effective oral and written communication skills

·        Skills in database management and record keeping

·        Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team

·        Strong work ethic

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Recruiting

·        Candidate Mining

·        Screening resumes & Interviewing candidates

·        Efficiently and effectively fill open positions

·        Utilizes ATS to track applicants and conduct preliminary phone screens

·        Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

·        Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

·        Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, etc.

·        Post positions to appropriate Internet sources

·        Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

·        Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

·        Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

·        Research and develop recruiting leads

·        Other administrative duties as assigned
