· Process payroll for multiple clients with various pay frequencies and payroll needs.
o Full-time, Part-time, Hourly, Salary, Commission
o Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Semi-monthly Pay Schedules
o Bonus Check Processing
o Multi-State Payrolls
· Setup Clients and Employees in Payroll System
· Forms Processing (New Hires, Tax Forms, Status Changes, Terminations, Etc.)
· Garnishment and Friend of the Court Deductions
· Ability to Compute Applicable Payroll Taxes
· Generate Payroll Reports for Clients (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
· Audit Payroll Reports and Invoices
· Process Payroll Adjustments and Retroactive Pays
· Notify Applicable Internal Departments of Relevant Payroll Changes
· Follow Government, State, Payroll Tax and Deduction Regulations
· Create and Maintain Payroll Procedures
Looking for candidates with 1-3 years of related experience, are detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, take initiative and are true team players. Must demonstrate skills in managing multiple tasks concurrently while working in a fast paced environment. Customer Service experience necessary and willingness to work occasional weekends or nights as dictated by the workload required. A Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
