The Purchase Price shall also include real estate owned by the Seller for the future development pursuant to, and in accordance with, the License. The cost of the development of such facility shall be borne by Purchaser. The Property shall be located within 90 miles from our corporate offices in Bloomfield Hills and/or in Oakland County.
