Hello Family and Friends.
Every month for the past 3 years, MERCI has been sending an average of $30,000 back home to help many makeshift clinics. Over 150,000 Christians and many other minorities were displaced from their homes, so they did not have access to any healthcare or their monthly medication. With the help of volunteer healthcare professionals here and back home who have stepped up and try to fill the void, these makeshift clinics are successfully providing care to our displaced Christians and those in need.
One of our main fundraisers that contributes to the clinics is the Helpiraq Black Friday event. This usually raises 20% to 30% of the funds needed for the entire year. The last 2 years this event has been sold out with over 700. A table of 10 is $1,000 or $125 per ticket. Sponsorship opportunities include $2,500 for a table of 10, $1,000 for 4 tickets, or $500 for 2 tickets.
