Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Talk Alot Wireless

Our company is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to handle general office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. 

Responsibilities 

•       Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate party 
•       Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems 
•       Manage workflow and ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly 
•       Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate 
•       Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items 
•       Respond to questions and requests for information from our dealers 
•       Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party 

Receptionist skills

•       High school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience 
•       1+ year experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant 
•       Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel 
•       Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner 
•       Exceptional communication skills and professional phone manner 
•       Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
