TCS Admin Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls
Text the new talent that enrolled the previous day and makes sure they know how to use their account
Go through talent monthly’s that declined each day and text out to them to update their payment
Chat
Process cancellations
Begin refund request process (tell talent to send a request by email then give emailed request to TCS rep)
Check and reply to Talent Services Emails
Check and reply to Talent Services Voicemails
Take care of any office email or voicemail fwds (general tasks such as updating monthlies, reaching out to talent, send email to cancel pending, setting deactivation, etc)
Check the whatsnew email account
Fill out the New Enrollment spreadsheet
Put together Eventbrite Event for Workshops
Reply to 3rd party emails (when needed)
Post castings (If time allows)
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel)
Minimum of 1-2 Years Previous Customer Service experience recommended
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer efficiency with the ability to type 35 WPM
Ability to multi-task
Driven individual and hard worker dedicated to delivering great work
