PROGRAM OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
The Program Operations Director will oversee the coordination and administration of grant programs including planning, organizing, and oftentimes leading program activities, working in close coordination with the President/CEO. The Program Operations Director also oversees the day to day operations of programs, resource development, and assists in all major fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the implementation of grant funded programs • Develop and execute program strategy for other UCFS Programs • Prepares all programmatic reports including data reports and evaluations along with narrative reports for timely submission • Supervises Case Managers, Coordinators, Job Developers, and volunteers to stay abreast of all programmatic activities and to discuss and resolve any and all concerns • Performs the duties of a Case Managers and other staff members when necessary and provides quality assurance guidelines for program staff members • Works with the community, local businesses and business councils, educational and training institutions and consultants in completing programmatic goals and agency mission • Develop partnerships to advance UCFS’s mission while meeting organizational fundraising goals • Conduct and participate in regular staff meetings, staff trainings, supervisory sessions, and accept the responsibility for aiding the development of positive team relationships • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Masters Degree strongly preferred • At least five years’ experience in program/project management. Grant program management preferred • Fluency in Arabic language, preferred • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills • Self-directed, high energy and motivation to help people succeed.
