Elite Bank Card Solutions is looking for an experienced Admin Office Assistant. Ideal candidate will poses Microsoft Office & Quick Books 2016 experience. Must be able to type 50-100 words per minute. Job responsibilities will include filing, answering phone calls on a multiline phone system, mailing out statements and other mass mailings, as well as general office support functions. The admin office assistant will also be the right hand to the Owner/President of the company performing many different types of tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing all ATM Accounts.
