Churchill’s Bistro & Cigar Bar is seeking an Manager to open for days, some nights and occasional weekends.
Churchill’s is a full Bistro and Cigar Bar that services their customer’s cigar and spirit needs. Both locations feature a state of the art ventilation system, which provides fresh air on a constant basis.
Responsibilities:
- Opening the restaurant and supervising staff duties and shift changes
- Ability to develop a team environment
- Maintaining Inventory cigars and spirits
- Maintain methods and processes that enable the expected guest experience at Churchill’s
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year managerial experience in a restaurant with a stable job history which demonstrates career and salary progression
- Excellent people, communication and leadership skills
- Strong passion for guest services
- Must be organized
- Excellent record of attendance and punctuality
- Experience with POS Systems
