Hanna, LLP | Hanna Law, PLLC is a multijurisdictional law firm based out of Birmingham, Michigan and specializing in commercial & consumer debt collection. Our firm has continued to grow and we are we are looking to hire new attorneys to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a qualified litigation attorney with at least 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Our office prepares, files and litigates a large volume of debt collection matters & lawsuits against debtors. Applicants MUST be familiar with MICHIGAN court rules, forms, motions, summons and complaints, judgments, post-judgment matters, creditors exams, etc. Familiarity and/or experience with debt-collection specific matters is preferred. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS ·       Actively licensed (and in good-standing) to practice law in the State of Michigan ·       1-3 years of General-Civil Litigation Experience ·       Experienced in both the District & Circuit Courts o   Most cases filed in Oakland, Macomb & Wayne o   Must have experience with the MI-FILE, e-filing system ·       Proficient understanding of Michigan Court Rules o   Emphasis on General-Civil Litigation ·       MUST BE EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTED o   Proper Grammar, Syntax, Spelling, etc. o   Properly calculate costs, interest rates, judgments, etc. POSITION INCLUDES ·       Private office w/ executive-style desk, computer, phone, printer, etc. ·       Access to state-of-the-art software for: o   Case Management o   Legal Continuing Education o   Debtor/Defendant Skip-Tracing o   Credit Reporting & Review ·       Higher-than-industry-standard compensation ·       Opportunity to grow within the firm ·       Constant inflow of new clients and work Call (248) 209-6486, or email DH@HannaLLP.com Learn more...
