Sureth Classes

Hello All I am looking to start a Chaldean class that teaches kids to speak and understand Sureth. My office in Troy (off of Coolidge between 14 and 15 mile rd) will be where the classes are held. What I’m looking for are some volunteers that can speak both Sureth and English to help with the classes. The classes will be free and held during the week and on the weekends. I’m going to need help with putting together a curriculum since I have no clue on how to do it. If you want to volunteer, please let me know by responding to this email. Include your name and number and what you feel like you can contribute. You don’t have to be fluent in Sureth to volunteer. This is in the idea stage and will have to be talked through. What I’d like to do is see how many people are willing to help and how many people are willing to enroll their kids in something like this. So if you want to help, email me and I’ll set up a meeting to sit and talk it though to make sure we can manage it. If you are interested in having your kids attend and learn the language email me and say yes and let me know how many kids you have. We will keep everyone posted on when if this idea takes off. Again this is just an idea and since I’m not a teacher or fluent in Sureth it won’t take off without help from the community. In the meantime you could pick these up and...
